Shipping policy

All shipping is provided by Australia Post.  When the package leaves our hands we place its delivery into the hands of the shipping provider.  Should a package go missing the liability is not entirely ours and steps will be taken to retrieve the package from the shipping provider in a timely manner.  Compensation will not be offered by us unless available from the shipping provider.  It is not usual for us to insure our packages.  You will need to request insurance, at extra charge at the time of ordering from this website.
