Sustainably made: Crafted with natural linen and lined with 100% Australian made cotton wadding from Wool Valley (VIC) – no synthetics, no plastic, no compromise.
Custom lining options: Choose your own feature fabric for the lining (we recommend a fun check or stripe) to make it uniquely yours - leave a note with your order to let us know your lining fabric.
Timeless and versatile: The button front overlap and slightly swing cut make it easy to style for warmth or aesthetics, year after year.
Individually made to order: Each vest is stitched when you order, to your measurements, ensuring quality and highlighting our commitment to reducing fashion waste.
Built to last: Durable, breathable, and designed for many wears over many years.

The Quilted vest is offered in a classic range our mid-weight linens only. Add a playful touch with the lining fabric.

The following measurements are the actual garment measurements when you order the "standard" size: Bust 126cm Hip 144cm Length 67cm. Recommended for body measurements up to Bust 120cm Hip 130cm. For all other measurements choose "custom" and add your measurements in the order notes at checkout.

Once your order is received it is allocated to the next available production space. As the order starts being made, we will let you know it is underway. Once the sewing is complete, you will receive a shipping or pick up notification.

Please allow approximately 4-7 weeks for this process to take place.

Shipping is by Australia Post.

International Shipping is available. The Handmade Closet is not responsible for any taxes or imports into your resident country.
